Akai gave up?

First it was crashing all the time...now it would open but makes no sound. I enjoyed it while it lasted...could use an update, Bluetooth sync, 3/4 time... And actually make sound.

Too bad, I used to like akai...now I expect no updates or response to customer concerns.
