Exceptionally Buggy

This might be just the app for people with unlimited time to fool around and try to make it work. I lost patience trying to get it to get it to work properly using an external MIDI keyboard -- but no matter what I tried, the sound got stuck and hung-up in perpetual feedback. I can find no MIDI controls anywhere obvious -- or even obscure, and I gave up.

The app is useless for MIDI with my iPad. Though the iPhone version does have a MIDI setting and works using the Akai SynthStation 25 controller, its so buggy that I cant figure out why it works one time and not the next. I plan on returning the Akai controller later today -- both the Akai SynthStation 25 controller and app offer nothing but frustration and crappy sounds.

Ill give it a 1 for the sounds, but with regard to MIDI functionality it deserves less than zero. Akai really fell down on this app and controller.
